- Born April 19, 1970 in
- Raised in the home of a Pastor.
- Saved at an early age, rededicated life to Christ in Fall of 1988. Received call to leadership during this season.
- Ordained by his father and became a Youth Pastor in 1990.
- Married Elizabeth Crusan on July 29, 1995 (the catch of his life).
- Connected with Pastor Jack Hollis in February 1997. Jack is Ron's "spiritual father".
- Moved to
plant failed after several months of hard work and investment.
- Lillian Blair was born on October 28, 1998 (Daddy's girl, definitely).
- Moved to
- In August 1999, became the Pastor of The Church of Joy in
- Since 1999, the Church has experienced substantial growth in both spirit and numbers.
- In 2003, graduated from Southern Bible Institute & Seminary with Master of Theology
Degree.
- Went to Israel for first time in Sept 2008.
- August 2009, celebrated 10 years of Pastoring at Joy
- 2010 marks 15 years of marriage and 20 years of ministry
Fun Things:
Spend time with family, preach/teach, read, golf, softball, baseball, karate, fishing.

Obviously, these are just some of the high points of my life. The real story is in the details between these lines -- understanding the faithfulness of Christ, discovering the love and grace of God, the relationships you build, the people you meet, the experiences you encounter, the joy you share, the heartache you bear, the decisions you wish you could change, your successes, your failures. These are the things God uses to shape our lives. The joy is not just in the high points. The joy is in the journey.
