In 1975 Associated Ministries Inc. was officially established as a corporation. The ministry had been ongoing for some 5 or 6 years as had the church proper, but it became a chartered corporation in 1975.
The local church side of the ministry established itself separate from the Apostolic Ministry in 2000 becoming Christian Center Church Inc. of which Jack is Senior Pastor. AMI is now officially and autonomously the Apostolic and CCC is the local Church Body.
Jack and Shellie Hollis are the founders of AMI and Jack has preached relationship and Apostolic church government for more than 30 years. It was because of seeing the need for spiritual fathers in the ministry who could
"pastor" the pastors and other ministers both at home and on the field that Jack felt the need for recognition as a bona-fide ministry.
Jack teaches relationship as necessary criteria for functioning as a vibrant, life-filled member of the Body of Christ. He is convinced that if your faith is just you and the Lord, and there is no "horizontal dimension" through which the Lord can use you to reach others, then there is no validity in the human side of your ministry nor your Christianity.
